Please keep in mind that these dates are estimations given to us by USPS and UPS.  We can not guarantee delivery on or before a specific date but the above mentioned dates are good estimates for delivery by December 24th without any unforeseen delays during delivery.

 

FAQ:
  • Q: Can I pay additional $ for expedited shipping services?
  • A: We will begin offering Express Services December 10th. This DOES NOT guarantee delivery before Christmas but will get the package to you faster.
  • Q: If I select Express Shipping will my order be processed first?
  • A: No, Express shipping is just faster time in transit not necessarily faster packing time... We will be working very hard to ship packages out as fast as we can during the holidays to help get items delivered faster.

  • Q: If I order the wrong size for my child can I return it for the correct size?
  • A: Our normal return policy does not allow returns regardless of the situation, we will be offering a Holiday Return window to allow returns for orders placed between November 15th through December 20th.  See below for Holiday Return Policy:

  • ANY ORDER PLACED BETWEEN NOVEMBER 15TH AND DECEMBER 20TH CAN BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT FOR ITEM RETURNED.
  • RETURN REQUEST FORM MUST BE COMPLETED AND INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE AS WELL AS EMAILED TO US AT TANNERFOX@TFOXBRAND.COM FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WHICH WILL BE EMAILED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AND MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE WITH THE RETURNED GOODS.
  • POSTAGE TO RETURN THE ITEM TO THE WAREHOUSE IS AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE BUYING THE RIGHT SIZED ITEMS BUT WE UNDERSTAND MISTAKES HAPPEN.
  • ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN BRAND NEW, UNUSED CONDITION. THE RETURNED ITEM/S CAN NOT CONTAIN ANY HAIR, LENT, OR SIGN OF USE.  IF THERE IS ANY SIGN OF USE THE RETURN WILL BE REJECTED AND STORE CREDIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
  • STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED UPON RECEIPT OF APPROVED ITEM/S AND A STORE CREDIT CODE WILL BE SEND TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS (CUSTOMER ACCOUNT) USED TO PLACE THE ORDER. DONT MISPLACE THIS AS IT IS SAME AS CASH AND CAN NOT BE REISSUED.
  • ALL RETURNS MUST BE POST MARKED BY JANUARY 15TH 2017 AT WHICH TIME OUR HOLIDAY RETURNS WILL END.  ANY PACKAGES POST MARKED AFTER JANUARY 15TH WILL BE REJECTED.
